Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.
Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

- Open the clamp of the buckle
- Attach the buckle to the strap
- Close the clamp to fasten
Step #3
- Put on your belt
- Adjust it to your fit
- Enjoy your tailored automatic belt!
Our belts are 52 inches/130 cm long and can be shortened to exact fit. This allows the Vittelo belt to fit most and to have a tailored fit.
Need a larger size? Just contact our support before ordering or within an hour after ordering.

Order Questions
Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer support at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Once shipped, your order should arrive within approximately 6-12 days.

10-Year Warranty Policy for Vittelo Belts
Warranty Coverage: At Vittelo, we pride ourselves on the craftsmanship and durability of our products. This is why we offer an extensive 10-year warranty on our belts. This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
Duration of Warranty: The warranty period is 10 years from the date of original purchase.
What Will We Do: If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will either:
- Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
- Exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
- Offer a partial refund based on the remaining warranty period.
How to Claim: To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at [email protected] to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location.
Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.
Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.
On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.
If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier.

You can cancel or edit order address within 4 hours. After this period, cancellation may no longer possible because your order is being processed.
We also have a 30 day return policy for after the order has been delivered.

Simply lift the the buckle to release and pull out the strap.
You can also just lift the buckle for on-the-go adjustments, or a quick release (if you need it off in a hurry).
The Original Vittelo Belt is worn by many women, and is unisex.
